Q. Do you do your own printing?
A. No, I use a professional photo printing service with many years of experience in providing high quality photographic products to professional photographers.
Q. When will I receive my prints or downloads?
A. The normal turnaround of orders by the professional print lab is up to 7 working days. The lab do a great job and often deliver in less than 7 days. Downloads are delivered via an email containing download links for your pictures, this email is sent automaticaly as soon as you payment is confirmed - so the same day as you order and pay (normally within minutes of your order being placed)!
Q. Can you change the cropping on a photograph?
A Yes I can or you can do it yourself! In the shopping cart click on the thumbnail of the photo and it will open up a tool that allows you to crop the picture. There are videos showing this tool in action over on YouTube for a PC and for mobile devices.
Q. Will my pictures be cropped (edges of the pictures cut off)?
A. Some sizes of photographs do not exactly fit on the "standard" sizes of paper. The edges of some prints, for example 10"x 8" and A4, will be cropped. If you are not happy with the cropping of any photograph please get in touch and I will try and arrange a re-print that suits you.
Q. Why are some sizes not available for some pictures?
A. The sizes available for each photograph are optimised for the highest quality prints. Where printing a large copy of the photograph would require a lower resolution than I consider acceptable I do not offer that size.
Q. What if I'm not happy with my prints?
A. I take pride in providing the highest quality photographs and service. If you're unhappy with your prints or any other aspect of my service, please get in touch through the Contact page and I will do my best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
Q. Can I make copies from my prints?
A. You can make copies from any photograph that you have bought from me as long as the copies are for personal use and will not be sold, used for advertising or any other business purpose.
